IS’ CEO Dr. Slawomir Pietrzyk delivered a speech on “Potential capacity of the radio interfaces providing access to broadband Internet” during the 7th Broadband Forum, which was held in Warsaw, Poland on 23-24 November 2010. The speech addressed realistic approach in radio interface capacity estimation for LTE and WiMAX, reflecting the potential licensing situation expected in Poland in the year 2011.
